Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We also accept debit card payments in Sterling - for example Switch and Solo. Payment by PayPal is also welcome.

Your credit or debit card will be charged immediately with the amount of your order. We will send you an order confirmation and receipt to your email address. (WITH WORLDPAY ETC. IT IS NORMAL TO TAKE PAYMENT WHEN CARD IS PRESENTED ALTHOUGH THIS TOO CAN BE VARIED SO THAT PAYMENT IS ACTUALLY TAKEN LATER}

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet. {THIS MAY BE THE WAY YOU WILL WANT TO RUN THINGS IF YOU HAVE A MERCHANT ACCOUNT.}

We will send a confirmation of your order to your email address to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. Delivery Schedule We deal with your order right away. We will normally send out your order to you in 2 business days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock in your chosen style and size, we will print it for you and dispatch with a few days. In the unlikely event of us being short of the raw materials to do this you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. Credit Card Security IF USING WORLDPAY Your credit card payments are processed for us by WorldPay the biggest and most trusted name in online payments. This means that we have no access to any of your personal credit card information and that you have the security of the knowledge that your details are in safe hands. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
